SUNDAY THE 10th JAN, 2010 is a memorable day for me. On this day my daughter fulfilled my journey of life by giving birth to her first son. Every human being feels joy when he becomes a grand parent and I am no exception. Initial days of the boy were a little worry some as he was kept away from his mother due to unexpected breathing problems but all is well now with the boy and mother.
This is little master on his 6th day of birth. (The day he was brought to his maternal grand parent's home. The boy born on PUSHYA KRISHNA PAKSHA EKADASI AT 15.10 PM. His birth Star is VISAKHA in 3rd CHARAN. Incidently, excepting the month, the Thidhi and Nakshatra are same as of my Eldest Brother. His weight at the time of Birth is 3.25 KG.(7.22 Pounds approx). His feet and hands are long a sign that he will be a tall person. His complexion is as fair as his mother and slightly resembles his mother. (It is early days to predict whom he resembles as our nice daughter Sow. Sireesha observed in her responce to the photographs).

Chi. Kiran rightly observed that he will be tall and most of the relatives who have seen him agreed with this view.
We are expecting his NAMAKARANA UTSAVAM to be done on 07.02.2010. Tentatively, his paternal grand parents named him as SAI SRINIVASU and his Aunt would like to add SURYA. The parents of the boy agreed for adding KARTEEK to his name. Thus most likely he will be Karteek for the family.
In this picture you can see the boy clearly seeing me clearly and observe his eyes are also very big indeed. I will be posting more phographs of the boy together with his parents and paternal grand parents soon. please visit our family blog regularly.
